Mr. Velu Srinivasan Bhaskaran holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Badruka College of Commerce and learned programming from NIIT. Mr. Velu Srinivasan Bhaskaran started his work as a Programmer developing products for the banking, retail, and road transports industry. He comes with an experience of 32 years working with various companies and projects. Notable achievements being working on the advanced ledger posting system for the Central Bank of India, Retail software for a UK-based company, being part of the team that developed the online bus reservation system for APSRTC, and key member of the POS software developed for concessioners at Changi airport Singapore (Phase-1).
Was one of the first few to set up a company focused on developing products for the retail industry. He established eRetail Cybertech Pvt. Ltd in 2003 to empower retailers to automate their business. Starting with a team of 4 eRetail is currently 100 plus and developing cutting cloud-based solutions for retailers across the world

Mr. Santosh Kunchamwar, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the dynamic realm of software technology in retail domain. He embarked his journey by completing my MSC in Computer Science in 2003, setting the stage for a fulfilling career ahead. In April 2004, I became a proud member of eRetail Technology, later rebranded as eRetail Cybertech Pvt Ltd in 2007. With each passing year, my dedication and passion for technology and the retail domain have only grown stronger. Over the years, he had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the evolution of technology in the organization.

Joined eRetail in the year 2007 and presently taking care of Product, Sales, Partner network, and management relations. Instrumental in getting international clientele for the company.
