Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description: 
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales and experience managing the end-to-end channel sales cycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and their dealers. 
 
Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Research business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plans and sales strategies. 
  • Consistently create new opportunities and meet opportunity goals. 
  • Follow up to achieve favorable closure and conversion of leads with partners and end customers. 
  • Enhance the partner network and increase sales through new partner appointments and sales campaigns. 
  • Manage the end-to-end channel sales cycle. 
  • Develop, maintain, and mature the sales pipeline by rigorously driving the partner network. 
  • Assist in developing and formalizing Channel Partner Processes. 
  • Engage in brand development, promotion, presentations, and solution documents. 
  • Manage and maintain accurate and accessible tailored documentation, such as presentations and proposals, to meet client needs. 
 
Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end channel sales and coordinating with channel partners. 
  • Background in software sales. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills. 
  • Experience with complex deals. 
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions. 
  • Aggression, self-drive, and result orientation. 
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pre Sales Role-Internship:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s Software Solutions and use the Knowledge to build a core product narrative to create Value Propositions.

Education & Skills Required

  • Education: MBA/PGDM Marketing, Graduation in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good Technical Skills and knowledge of Sales CRM will be added advantage.
  • Excellent Communication, Writing & Presentation Skills.

As an Inside Sales Executive at eRetail Cybertech, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our Sales & Marketing efforts through various tasks and projects. You will gain hands-on experience in industry research, database management, campaign analysis, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a passion for marketing, and is ready to take on diverse responsibilities. 

Job Description:

  • Contribute to industry research, gathering insights and data to support Marketing & Sales strategies. 
  • Generate, Prepare and maintain the prospects database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Building and maintaining Relationships with clients and existing partners and understanding needs and providing solutions to Generate Leads through Networking, Cold calling , E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn, etc. 
  • Responsible for Converting the Leads Generated to Sales.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns to measure performance and impact. 
  • Perform Market analysis and Research on competition to identify new trends and opportunities. 
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities, including social media, direct mail, and web campaigns. 
  • Help distribute marketing materials to target audiences effectively. 
  • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM) to maintain accurate records. 
  • Help organize Marketing events, including planning, coordination, and execution.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 2-5Years of Relevant Experience . 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
